Thanksgiving has passed, Christmas is coming, and 2020 is ready to sneak in just after that. I thought I would do a 2020 Goals blog post to get you started setting meaningful and purposeful goals. Gone are the days of open-ended goals you don’t know how to accomplish.
To get started, answer these questions…
Question #1 – What Did You Accomplish In 2019?
- What worked for you 2019?
- What are you most proud of from 2019?
Question #2 – What Did You Try To Accomplish, But Didn’t?
- What didn’t work for you in 2019?
- What is one thing you wish you had accomplished in 2019?
- What would be different if you had accomplished it?
Question #3 – What Learning Experienced Did You Have In 2019?
- What lessons did you learn the hard way?
- What mistakes did you make and how will they influence 2020?
2019 wasn’t perfect, but you accomplished a lot. Looking back at 2019 will help you formulate what you want 2020 to look like. It will tell you what is important to you, achievable, and will stretch you. It will also tell you what wasn’t the most important thing for you.
In my next post, we’ll dive into formulating goals for 2020.
But, if you can’t wait until the next post comes you… Put this whole process on steroids, do yourself a favor and Answer the questions above at schedule a label breaker call with me so you can easily set goals!
